17) Một công ty đầu tư kinh doanh nhỏ được cấp phép theo Mục 301 (c) hoặc (d) của Đạo luật Đầu tư Doanh nghiệp Nhỏ năm 1958.

18) Một “công ty phát triển kinh doanh tư nhân” như được định nghĩa trong Mục 202(a)(22) của Đạo luật Cố vấn.

19) Giám đốc điều hành hoặc Giám đốc. Một thể nhân là giám đốc điều hành, giám đốc hoặc đối tác chung của Công ty hợp danh hoặc Đối tác chung và là Nhà đầu tư được công nhận vì thuật ngữ đó được định nghĩa trong một hoặc nhiều danh mục/đoạn được đánh số ở đây.

20) Pháp nhân được sở hữu hoàn toàn bởi các nhà đầu tư được công nhận. Một công ty, công ty hợp danh, công ty đầu tư tư nhân hoặc tổ chức tương tự, mỗi chủ sở hữu vốn cổ phần là một thể nhân và là Nhà đầu tư được công nhận, vì thuật ngữ đó được định nghĩa trong một hoặc nhiều danh mục/đoạn được đánh số ở đây.
